Vita Long is a DoP currently based in London. She additionally works across all camera/lighting departments, but primarily as a gaffer/spark. She approaches cinematography with a combination of an art school background and a research-based practice. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2024 with a bachelors in fine arts and from Metfilm in 2025 with a masters in cinematography. Her work often explores themes of performance, femininity, identity, and queerness.

She also has a background in directing, creating works such as Miracle of Life and The Real L Word (Love).
